On Wednesday evening at around 5PM the Continental Village Fire Department was dispatched automatic mutual-aid to Garrison for a MVA with extrication on Route 9D. Upon arrival it was found that two vehicles had collided sending one off the road and trapping the driver inside. Firefighters from both departments went to work extricating the patent and assisted EMS packaging them for transport to Westchester Medical Center. Units cleared the scene about 45min later.
