On Saturday afternoon the Continental Village Fire department along with Peekskill VAC were dispatched to Bear Mountain Bridge Road for a report of a MVA with extrication. Upon arrival units found a two car head-on with one driver trapped. Garrison Fire was also requested with one engine due to Engine 231 being on a stand-by assignment for Montrose FD. Garrison FD ended up handling the Landing Zone and CVFD units preformed the extrication and assisted EMS with packaging the victims.
