On Monday morning at around 5AM the Continental Village Fire Department was dispatched along with Peekskill VAC to Route 9 just south of Jack Road for a reported MVA rollover with Extrication. Upon arrival Car 2132 found on vehicle rolled over in the center of the road with its single occupant trapped inside. Engine 231 arrived on scene quickly after and went to work stabilizing the vehicle and then removing the driver and passenger front doors. Fire and EMS units were then able to slide the patent onto a backboard and remove them from the vehicle. Fire units then put down absorbents on the fluids leaking onto the roadway and assisted PD with traffic until the vehicle was removed from the roadway at around 6AM.
