On Tuesday afternoon the Continental Village Fire Department responded with the Garrison Fire Company to a report of a motor vehicle accident in the Appalachian Market parking lot. On arrival units discovered that a car moving to exit the parking lot was hit from on the drivers side by a car entering the parking lot, pinning the occupants door shut. Firefighters used the Jaws of Life to pry the driver door off the vehicle and remove the occupant.
