On Tuesday evening the Continental Village Fire Department responded to a report of a head on collision with injuries on the Bear Mountain Bridge Rd. just before Monteverde. Firefighters extricated both victims, transferred them the Peekskill EMS on the scene and closed the road until the cars were removed from the roadway.
