On Sunday night the Continental Village FD along with Garrison VAC were dispatched to Sprout Brook road in the area of Gallows Hill Road for a reported MVA with Injuries. Upon arrival units found a single car MVA with a SUV into a telephone pole. The driver was out of the vehicle and uninjured but the teliphone pole was broken at the base and resting on the car. Units secured the scene and requested Central Hudson Electric to the scene to deal with the broken pole. Units remained on scene until Central Hudson arrived to replace the pole.
