On Thursday morning the Continental Village FD along with Peekskill VAC were dispatched to the Bear Mountain Bridge Road for a reported MVA with injuries and entrapment. Upon arrival, units found a 2 car head-on collision with one of the drivers pinned in their vehicle. FD units went to work to remove the crumpled driver's door while EMS units tended to the driver's injuries. After the trapped driver was extricated units went to work cleaning up the fluids that had spilled onto the roadway. FD units returned to service after both vehicles were removed from the roadway.
