On Saturday Afternoon Continental Village Fire Department and Peekskill Ambulance were dispatched to Anthony's Nose for a Hiker with a leg injury. Firefighters and EMS hiked their way up to the patent and packaged her in a stokes basket for the trip down. Emergency personnel then carried the patient down the trail to a waiting All terrain Vehicle brought in by Garrison Fire who transported them the rest of the way out of the woods. The entire rescue to about 2.5 hours to complete due to the steep inclines of the trail.
