On Tuesday night firefighters from Continental Village and Garrison Fire Departments trained on drafting techniques. CVFD had an engine draft from a creek on Avery Road and fill tankers who then emptied their loads into portable pools set up at Philipstown Park. Garrison had an engine at the park drafting from the portable pools.
