| On Thursday Morning at around 6:45 AM the Continental Village Fire Department was dispatched Mutual-Aid to Spruce Lane in Garrison for a report of a working structure fire. Firefighters responded with 1 Engine and 1 Tanker as requested. The Tanker did water shuttles from a Dry hydrant at the Garrison Landing while the engine crew was sent to help fight the fire. Upon arrival members found a large 2 car garage fully involved as well as 2 working car fires. Units cleared the scene around 10 AM. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation by the Putnam County Fire Investigation Team.
