On Saturday evening the Continental Village Fire Department along with Peekskill Ambulance were dispatched to Dogwood road for a reported single car mva with injuries. Upon arrival units found a vehicle had gone off the roadway and stuck a utility pole snapping it at the base. Fire units closed down the roadway and called ConEd electric to the scene. Units returned to service about 2 hours later after the vehicle was removed from the roadway and ConEd units were on scene.
