On Monday afternoon the Continental Village Fire Department was dispatched to Albany Post road in front of the Cortlandt Colonial Restaurant for a reported Car fire next to the structure. Upon arrival units found a car pulled off the road with a active fire in the engine compartment. Units quickly extinguished the fire and contained a fuel spill from the vehicle before returning to service.
