On Sunday morning the Continental Village Fire Department along with Peekskill VAC and Cortlandt Medics were dispatched to the Bear Mt Bridge Road for a reported MVA with car fire. Upon arrival units found a single car MVA with a fire in the engine compartment. The operator of the vehicle was out and uninjured so firefighters went to work extinguishing the fire. Units returned to service after about 45 min once the vehicle was removed from the roadway
