On Tuesday morning at around 1AM the Continental Village Fire Department was Dispatched Mutual Aid to the City of Peekskill for a Structure Fire stand by. While en route they were dispatched for a smoke investigation on Lafayette Place that was quickly determined to be smoke from the structure fire. After clearing Lafayette Engine 231 was requested to the scene of the fire to set up a supply line for Mohegans Ladder 35. Engine 231 relay pumped until the fire was extinguished and units returned to service around 5AM.
