On Tuesday morning the Continental Village Fire Department along with Garrison VAC were dispatched to Route 9 in the area of Morgan Court for a for a MVA involving 3 vehicles with reported entrapment and possible vehicle fire. Due to the severity of the initial report an Engine was requested from Peekskill mutual aid. Upon arrival firefighters found that all the occupants were able to self extricate and that there was no vehicle fire. Firefighters from both departments secured the power to the vehicles and cleaned up the leaking fluids while EMS treated the injured parties.
