Structure Fire, Bay View Road

Early Tuesday morning, the Continental Village Fire Department was dispatched to a business on Bay View Road for a possible structure fire. Upon arrival, firefighters found a large commercial building with a pile of rubbish burning in the garage area and heavy smoke throughout the structure. The fire was quickly extinguished, and crews set up multiple fans to ventilate the building before returning to service. Mutual Aid was brought in from the City of Peekskill, Garrison, and Putnam Valley.
