On Tuesday night members of the Continental Village and Garrison Fire Departments had a tanker shuttle drill in the village. CVFD used an engine to draft water from portable pools setup in the fire house parking lot, and fed hose lines. Tankers from CVFD and GVFD shuttled water between the draft site at spy pond and the fire house. At the draft site GVFD had an engine drafting from spy pond and filling the tankers as they came back from off loading. Fire Police members from CVFD directed traffic at the draft site as well as the location where the tankers were turning around.
