On Sunday Morning at around 6:30AM the Continental Village Fire Department and Peekskill Ambulance were dispatched to Route 9, just north of Roa Hook Road for a reported MVA with injuries. Upon arrival units found a single car had struck the side of the bridge causing heavy front end damage to the vehicle and injuring the driver. Fire units remained on scene until the truck was removed from the roadway at around 7:30AM.
