On Sunday morning the Continental Village FD along with Peekskill VAC and Cortlandt Medics were dispatched to Sprout brook Road for a reported MVA with Injuries. Upon arrival units found a two car accident with one of the vehicles off the road and still occupied. Units determined that the driver needed to be extricated and went to work removing the passenger side of the vehicle. The patient was removed and transported to the local trauma center. FD units returned to service after the roadway was cleared.
