On Tuesday night the Continental Village Fire Department along with Peekskill VAC were dispatched to a residence on Albany Post Road for a reported MVA Car into a House. Upon arrival units found a car had lost control on Albany Post Road and traveled up a driveway striking the residence. EMS provided treatment to the driver of the vehicle while fire units assessed the vehicle and structure. Due to the vehicle striking the electric meter ConEd was called in to cut power to the residence and the Town Of Cortlandt building department was called in to assess the structural damage. Fire units remained on scene until the vehicle was removed from the structure.
