On Sunday morning the Continental Village Fire Department was dispatched along with Peekskill VAC to the Bear Mountain Bridge Road for a reported MVA head-on with injuries. Upon arrival Car 2132 updated units that there was no extrication needed but advised of icy conditions in the area. Once firefighters arrived on scene they disconnected the batteries in both vehicles cleaned up the fluids spilled and directed traffic until the vehicles were removed from the roadway.
