Extrication Drill
September 19
On Tuesday Night the Continental Village Fire Department and Peekskill Ambulance Corp trained on Vehicle Extrication. Fire crews went over deferent extrication techniques while EMS crews worked on patent treatment and removal. This type of training between our two organizations is important to help enhance patent removal, care, and organization interoperability on calls.

Tanker Drill

Mutual Aid Structure Fire, Torchia Rd (North Highlands)
August 26
Saturday morning at around 2AM the Continental Village FD was requested to send our rescue truck with manpower to the scene of a working structure fire In North Highlands. MVA With Car Fire, Bear Mountain Bridge Road

On Thursday evening the Continental Village Fire Department was dispatch along with Peekskill VAC for a reported MVA Head On with Injuries. While units were enroute they were updated that one of the vehicles was now on fire. Structure Fire, Steuben Road

On Friday morning the Continental Village Fire Department was dispatched to a residence on Steuben Road for a house struck by lightning with a possible basement fire. Upon arrival 14-1-1 reported smoke showing and requested a 10-75/working fire assignment.
